Is it exactly $10,000?
No. The $10K Kitchen Refresh starts at $10,000 for qualifying standard scope. Final pricing depends on cabinet count and type, stone quantity, selections, location, access and any additional work. We confirm your price in a written quote.
What makes the price go higher?
More cabinets or stone, specialty units, site conditions and upgraded finishes can raise the price. Islands, layout changes, plumbing, electrical and other additions are quoted separately.
Is an island included?
No. An island is not in the base $10K Kitchen scope. Ask us for a separate quote if you want to add or change one.
Do you handle permits, plumbing, and electrical?
Permits, plumbing and electrical work are not included in the base price. We can review needed trade work and quote it separately where available. Gas-line work is always the client’s responsibility.
How long does a refresh take?
Standard cabinet installation typically takes 2–3 days on-site. Countertops are templated after cabinets are installed and require separate fabrication and installation. The full process generally takes about 4–8 weeks from signed contract, depending on materials, scheduling and any permits.

Do you only do $10K kitchens?
No. The $10K Kitchen Refresh covers a focused cabinet and countertop replacement in the existing layout. Lofty Built also quotes larger renovations with layout changes, trade work and upgraded materials.
How many cabinets and countertops are included?
The base program allows up to 10 stock Shaker cabinets and a granite or quartz countertop using no more than one slab. The exact cabinet plan and available stone are confirmed during your consultation.
What is not included in the $10K Kitchen base price?
The base price does not include plumbing, electrical, permits, gas-line work, layout or wall changes, painting, flooring, tile backsplash, appliances or custom cabinetry. Available upgrades are quoted separately; gas-line work remains the client’s responsibility.
Can I change my kitchen layout?
The starting-price refresh keeps the existing layout. If you want to move cabinets, plumbing or walls, tell us during the consultation so we can quote the larger renovation scope.
